FPL Barca will be looking for players to trial and strengthen an already strong team.

FORMATION

• 4-2-3-1 (we can change round to other formations to suit the players that come in)

POSITIONS • LAM/RAM • DM • CB • RB/LB • BACK UPS with the opportunity to take a 1st team spot with ability and availability.

We want POSITION SPECIFIC specialists. We do not have the time to trial people in a new position because they are bored with their natural position.

KEY ATTRIBUTES NEEDED: • **Follow Managers Instructions ** Must be mature enough to follow tactics and advice given out by the managers and take constructive criticism if needed.

• COMPETITIVE EXPERIENCE Doesn't need to be VPG experience but will need to have past experience in competitive league formats

• AVAILABILITY Every day mainly Wednesday sunday

Availability and time keeping on all 3 are paramount to claiming a 1st team spot.

• COMMUNICATION Will need to be vocal to bring chemistry to your fellow players. **🎙️ is needed
