Dracomouth Town Centre, 1950 t/a Sea Island Penal Colony

Dracomouth is An unlikely place for a penal colony-while most places are cold or grey and bleak, Dracomouth offers inmates a chance at rehabilitation through swimming, surfing and night-life- the only loss of rights are the bleak borders and heavy military presence at train stations and airports.

Quick and easy to forget this, though, with a university and nightlife, even known for being more active and busy than those outside of the colony, in terms of prisons, it's not really the worst place!

or is it?

Rumour has it there are some dodgy cultist dealings and strange disappearances, most of which are blamed on the authoritarian SIPC Staff members, but is this just a facade?
