DEVGRU MILSIM | ARMA 3 & REFORGER (PC) DEVGRU MILSIM is a Tier 1 unit modeled after the Naval Special Warfare Development Group. We are currently in a Work-In-Progress (WIP) phase, seeking dedicated players to help shape our doctrine, SOPs, and culture from the ground up. This is a professional environment where standards come first and every position is earned.

UNIT PHILOSOPHY Structure: Gold, Red, Black, and Grey Squadrons.

Realism: Authentic Navy rank system; No-HUD gameplay.

Culture: Zero tolerance for drama. Brotherhood earned through performance.

CAREER PIPELINE Entry: All begin as Seaman Recruit. Initial training focuses on combat fundamentals.

Progression: Promotions are merit-based, tied to activity and professionalism.

Selection: Squadron placement is invite-only at E-6, based on long-term reliability.

OPERATIONAL ROLES Earn your seat in specialized roles including:

Ground: Team Lead, Breacher, RTO, Corpsman, Sniper/Marksman.

Aviation: Dedicated Rotary-Wing pipeline (NVG Ops, Pinnacle/CAL, Maritime Insertion).
