This is a server that has two Consul's, each week there will be a vote for who gets to be the next two Consul's and they get to run the server. Each set of Consul's paves the way for the next set. You could create a constitution, create a senate, destroy the senate, be kind or be dictators. If YOU get to be a Consul the power is in your hands, but Consuls have the power to veto the other Consuls decision. Good Luck
