Tokyo, Japan, the city of endless promises, opportunities, and, well, magic! Exactly 85% of the population was born with magical abilities due to an unknown magical phenomenon. Those with magical abilities are encouraged to attend Veyloria: School of Magic, a school designed to train gifted individuals in harnessing their powers. Shinigami the Harbinger. The firstborn with magic, his wife and daughter were among the first to come into contact with his chaotic energy. In an attempt to give them also the gift he had been “blessed” with, they contracted the Veil Rot, a disease that slowly turned them into monstrous creatures. Desperate to save them, Shinigami tried to halt the corruption, but his efforts failed. Overcome with grief after their loss, the man became obsessed with figuring out how to revive them.

Veyloria: School of Magic stands as the last line of defense against Shinigami and The Veil’s ambitions. Its students and faculty work to fight back the evil forces, knowing the stakes have never been higher. As the world teeters on the edge of annihilation, it is up to the Academy’s magical students to uncover the truth, face their fears, and decide whether they can rise to the challenge of saving their world from evil.
