Standing proudly for the City of Caloocan and the Republic of the Philippines, I strive to live by the ideals of Scouting—honor, discipline, integrity, service, and leadership. A Scout is more than someone who wears a uniform; a Scout is someone who leads by example, serves without expecting rewards, and remains prepared for every challenge life brings.

Guided by the Scout Oath and Scout Law, I believe that true strength comes from courage, responsibility, and respect for God, country, nature, and fellow citizens. Every campfire, every hike, every knot tied, and every act of community service is another step toward becoming a better individual and a more dependable member of society. The Boy Scouts of the Philippines aims to develop responsible citizens and capable leaders grounded in these values and active citizenship.

As a Caloocan Scout, I proudly represent a city known for resilience, determination, and unity.
